In 2003,after Cooperating with the world famous material supplier American Noveon Company, Tomson Plastic Industry Co.Ltd developed PVC-C pipes and fittings for industry application and PVC-C pipes,fittings for hot and cold water installation, PVC-C industry piping is produced by Noveon’s CORZAN material.which has special mechnical performance,and has More superior overall performance indexes, such as: high temperature resistance (the continual process temperature is 93℃) , chemical resistance(it assumes inertia to most mineral acid, alkali, salt, Macromolecular fat hydrocarbon), mechanical strength, Non- electric conductivity, Safest burning conductivity and smog, low installation and maintain expense, etc. it has become an important project plastic plumbing product. In order to meet domestic construction market’s actual need, fill in the blank of domestic plastic hot water drainage plumbing field, Shanghai Tomson Plastic Industry Co.Ltd modify ISO standard,R&D PVC-C low and high temperature water drainage pipes,fittings inside building.this series products have characteristics as: high temperature resistance, well bear impact, high strength, small thermal-expansion coefficient, etc. it can drain water at the maximum temperature of 90℃. Shanghai Tomson Plastic Industry Co.Ltd is authorized as the drafter of national standard of this series products by National plastic product standardization technical committee plastic pipe, fitting and valve branch technical committee(TC48/SC3). The products now are widely used for draining hot and cold sewage water in bathing place, hotel, enterprise, family etc.

In 2007,according to the actual condition of recent air conditioning circulating water pipe, the company developed AC piping system for air condition application. the piping system is produced by special high polymer material which makes the piping system can work under about 50~60℃ temperature for long period, its thermal-expansion coefficient is only about 1/2 of PPR piping, which meets the requirement of center air condition installation. the product is applied for transporting and draining non-tap water whose temperature is ≤60℃, and hydraulic pressure is ≤0.5Mpa.
